It won’t be long until the familiar sounds of splashing and laughter are heard throughout the parts of Hellertown near Dimmick Park.
The Hellertown Pool will open for its 2016 season on Saturday, June 11 and remain open daily from noon to 7 p.m. (weather permitting) through Friday, Aug. 21.
Season pool passes will go on sale Monday, May 2 at Hellertown Borough Hall, 685 Main St., Hellertown.
The passes can be purchased Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., as well as on opening day, Saturday, June 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Borough Hall.
Lower Saucon Township residents should be prepared to show school IDs when applying for children’s pool passes, and all residents must show proof of residency when purchasing a season pass, according to information on the township website.
2016 Season Pass Resident Rates are as follows:
A person who maintains his/her primary, permanent residence within the limits of the Borough of Hellertown and Lower Saucon Township:
- Child under 3 years – FREE
- Season Youth (ages 4 to 17) – $45.00
- Season Adult (18 to 61) – $65.00
- Season Senior (62 or older) – $10.00
- Season Family (first 5 members) – $130.00
- Season Family Additional Passes (6 or more) – $15.00 each
2016 Season Pass Non-Resident Rates are as follows:
- Child under 3 years – FREE
- Season Youth (ages 4 to 17) – $75.00
- Season Adult (ages 18 to 61) – $110.00
- Season Senior (62 or older) – $20.00
- Season Family (first 5 membes) – $190.00
- Season Family Additional Passes (6 or more) – $15.00 each
Weekday Daily Rates:
- Child under 3 years – FREE
- Youth – $4.00
- Adult – $6.00
Evening Admission Rates (after 4 p.m.):
- Child under 3 years – FREE
- Youth – $3.00
- Adult – $4.00
Weekend Daily Rates:
- Child under 3 years – FREE
- Youth – $5.00
- Adult – $8.00
