Dog Found Tied to Railing Outside Former Strip Club Without Food, Water, Police Say

A young female pit bull was found abandoned–tied to a metal railing outside a former strip club on Rt. 378 without food or water, Lower Saucon Township Police said Tuesday night.

This unidentified female pit bull was abandoned in the 3800 block of Rt. 378, Lower Saucon Township, on Tuesday.

The dog was found tied to the metal railing outside 3868 Rt. 378–a former strip club–in Lower Saucon Township.

Police said in a news release that the grey and white pit bull was found around 7 a.m. Tuesday morning outside the former Glow night club at 3868 Rt. 378.

A Nixle alert about the abandoned animal was also issued.

Anyone with information about the dog or the person who abandoned it is asked to call township police at 610-317-6110 or 610-759-2200.

The dog is currently being cared for by the Lower Saucon Township Police Department at their kennel facility.
