Stella A. (Kroboth) Harryn, 94, of Hellertown, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017 at Weston Nursing and Rehabilitation, Lower Saucon Township.

Stella A. (Kroboth) Harryn, 94, of Hellertown, died Sunday, Jan. 1, 2017 at Weston Nursing and Rehabilitation, Lower Saucon Township. She was the wife of the late Kenneth L. “Tiny” Harryn (died July 17, 2003). She was born in Bethlehem on May 18, 1922 to the late John and Anna (Skerlak) Kroboth. Stella worked at the former Bethlehem Steel for 25 years until retiring in 1982. She was a member of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Hellertown. Stella was devoted to her family and loved to cook and bake.

SURVIVORS

Children: Bonnie L. wife of Stan Wykosky of Lower Saucon Township, Kenneth L. Harryn Jr. and his wife Carol of Bethlehem Township; sisters: Erma Chuck of Bethlehem, Elizabeth of Hellertown; five grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by brothers: John, Charles; sisters: Helen, Theresa and Margaret.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m., Thursday, Jan. 5, 2017 at the Church of St. Theresa of the Child Jesus, 1408 Easton Road, Hellertown. The interment will conclude services at Holy Saviour Cemetery, Bethlehem. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmanfh.com. The Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown, is in charge of arrangements.
