Ray C. Brong, 94, of Allentown, died Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017 at Above & Beyond Senior Living, Allentown. He was the husband of the late Elizabeth (Harkin) Brong. He was born in Allentown on June 4, 1922 to the late Claude and Elsie (Stever) Brong. Ray served our country faithfully in the U.S. Army during World War II and was one of the last survivors of the Battle of the Bulge.

SURVIVORS

Son: Dennis Brong and wife Rhonda; daughters: Cheri Chinnici and husband Tom: Colleen Brong.

SERVICE

The service will be private. Online expressions of sympathy can be recorded at www.heintzelmancares.com.  Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.
