Shirley E. Hofmann, 75, formerly of Allentown, died Sunday, March 5, 2017 at ManorCare Health Services, Bethlehem.

Shirley E. Hofmann, 75, formerly of Allentown, died Sunday, March 5, 2017 at ManorCare Health Services, Bethlehem. She was the wife of the late John W. Hofmann. She was born in Allentown on Jan. 18, 1942 to the late Lewis and Gladys (Blodgett) Heintzelman. She was a member of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church, Allentown, where she enjoyed singing in its choir.

SURVIVORS

Daughters: Carol D. (Thomas M.) Sorrentino of Allentown, Tammy L. (Arun Sharma) Hofmann of Hellertown; brothers: David and Elwood, both of Allentown; grandchildren: Hannah, Isaac and Vivienne. She was predeceased by siblings: Louis and Elaine.

SERVICE

Family and friends are invited to call from 6 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, March 7, 2017, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 7 p.m. A graveside service at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Highland Memorial Park, Allentown will conclude services.
