Irene A. Jischke, 83, of Coplay, died Saturday, April 1, 2017 in Lower Saucon Township.
She was born in Allentown on May 22, 1933 to the late Albert and Margaret (Reinhard) Jischke. Irene worked in the Accounting Department at Lehigh Cement Company (Lehigh Portland Cement Company), Allentown, for 43 years. She was a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Coplay; a 1951 graduate of Allen High School; and a graduate of Allentown Business College.
SURVIVORS
Cousins: Carol (James) McBride, William (Jenna) Crane, Carol Crane, Patrick McBride and children: Colin, Sean, Brennan, Robert Michael (Eileen), Barbara (Charlie) Hoffert, Robert (Sylvia) Jischke; many dear and supportive friends. She was predeceased by brother: Warren; cousin: Judith I. Turner.
SERVICE
