Lower Saucon Township Police said they issued 16 citations during an aggressive driving patrol on Rt. 378 and other township roadways Monday between 7 and 11 a.m.
The detail was their second in several days.
In a news release said they issued the following citations:
- 3 for red light violations
- 1 for an expired inspection
- 2 for prohibited text-based communications
- 6 for speeding
- 2 for prohibited left turns
Police said two slips for faulty vehicle equipment were also issued.
“All drivers stopped were wearing their seatbelts as required,” they added.
