Latest Aggressive Driving Patrol Nabs 16, Lower Saucon Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police said they issued 16 citations during an aggressive driving patrol on Rt. 378 and other township roadways Monday between 7 and 11 a.m.

Lower Saucon Township Police said they issued 16 citations during an aggressive driving patrol on Rt. 378 and other township roadways Monday between 7 and 11 a.m.

The detail was their second in several days.

In a news release said they issued the following citations:

  • 3 for red light violations
  • 1 for an expired inspection
  • 2 for prohibited text-based communications
  • 6 for speeding
  • 2 for prohibited left turns

Police said two slips for faulty vehicle equipment were also issued.

“All drivers stopped were wearing their seatbelts as required,” they added.
