Barbara H. Guth, 72, formerly of Upper Black Eddy, died Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Country Meadows, Bethlehem Township.
She was the wife of the late Jacob J. Guth Jr., who died Nov. 28, 2013. Barbara was born in Savannah, Ga., on Feb. 15, 1945 to the late Ralph and Matilda (Deibert) Hoke. She was a Secretary/Treasurer at Bridgeton Township, Bucks County, for 28 years, and a Township Supervisor for 25 years until retiring. She was a member of Palisades Republican Club.

Children: John M. (Michelle) of Bangor, Christine G. (Christopher) of Palo Alto, Calif.; siblings: Debra (Robert) Richardson of Springfield, Va.; 4 grandchildren: Eliana, Josiah, Evelyn, Madelyn.
SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to call from noon to 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The calling hour will be followed by the service at 1 p.m. Interment will conclude services at Union Cemetery of Nockamixon, Ferndale, Bucks County.
