SV Middle School Principal: ‘I Will Truly Miss All of You’ (Letter)

In a letter to the community, Saucon Valley Middle School principal Pamela Bernardo bids farewell to the district she has served for more than 17 years.

To the Saucon Valley School District and Community:

I have had the distinct pleasure of serving the children and families of the Saucon Valley School District community for over 17 years, first as a K-8 assistant principal and then as the Principal of Saucon Valley Middle School.

As I leave my position and the community I wanted to take the time to thank all of the learners, families and community members that have been a part of our journey together over the many years.

We have always tried to do what is right and in the best interest of the children. My commitment to the educational, social and emotional learning of the students has never wavered. While not everyone has always agreed with the process, the commitment and passion have always been part of who I am as an educator.

Thank you to everyone, especially the students, who have shaped my career. As we all begin to anticipate a new school year, my best wishes for much success and happiness.

I will truly miss all of you! Go Panthers!

Very fondly,

Pamela J. Bernardo, Saucon Valley Middle School Principal (2005-2017)
