Ace Hardware’s J.D. Power Award Neighborhood Tour and family fun are headed to Madle’s Ace Hardware & Mowers in Coopersburg this weekend.
The store is celebrating Ace Hardware ranking “Highest in Customer Satisfaction with Home Improvement Retail Stores” for the eleventh year in a row by hosting a customer appreciation event Saturday, Oct. 28 from 7 to 9 a.m. and Sunday–when the main celebration will take place–from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The event is part of a 30,000-mile cross-country tour celebrating Ace’s achievement, in which all 11 J.D. Power trophies are going on the road, visiting 40 states and more than 200 neighborhood Ace Hardware stores between August 2017 and April 2018.

more personal kind of helpful,” said Rick Delmore, Store Manager at Madle’s Ace Hardware &

During the event, customers will have the opportunity to take a photo with the trophies, win prizes and take advantage of special in-store promotions in appreciation of their continued support of locally-owned businesses like Madle’s Ace Hardware & Mowers. The store also has a coupon good for $10 off a minimum purchase of $20 worth of regularly-priced items that can be found on Saucon Source (valid Saturday, Oct. 28, 2017 only; see store for details).
To add to the fun, 99.9 FM The Hawk will be on hand for a radio broadcast with ESPN’s Bob Holder live from the store Saturday from 7 to 9 a.m.
On Sunday customers can meet members of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms–including Melvin–as well as the Pink Heals Lehigh Valley chapter. A portion of sales will be donated to the Pink Heals charity.
Reps from Traeger and Weber will be at the store for demonstrations and there will also be food, contests, prizes, giveaways and even Trick-or-Treat for kids, who’ll receive a treat if they’re wearing a costume.
Madle’s Ace Hardware & Mowers is located at 3570 Lanark Road (at the corner of Lanark Road and Limeport Pike), Coopersburg, Pa., and is owned by Leroy and Jeanne Halleman.
