How Many Aggressive Driving Citations Did Lower Saucon Police Issue in March?

Lower Saucon Township Police conducted a total of five aggressive driving enforcement details during the month of March as part of the Pennsylvania Aggressive Driving Enforcement and Education Project funded by PennDOT and the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration.

Lower Saucon Township Police conducted a total of five aggressive driving enforcement details during the month of March as part of the Pennsylvania Aggressive Driving Enforcement and Education Project funded by PennDOT and the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration.

On Wednesday police announced that the details resulted in 55 citations being issued to motorists last month, including the following citations:

  • Speeding (23)
  • Red Light Violation (15)
  • Expired Registration  (5)
  • Expired Inspection (3)
  • Prohibited Left Turn (2)
  • Driving Under Suspension (2)
  • Stop Sign Violation (1)
  • No Passing Zone Violation (1)
  • Texting While Driving (1)
  • Turn Signal Violation (1)
  • Faulty Safety Equipment (1)

The aggressive driving details conducted by township police will continue into late April.
