The rural township has become ground zero in an apparently escalating series of explosions that began in Upper Bucks in early April, with the most recent detonation a result of a township employee running over a device with a mower as he cut grass along the side of Brick Tavern Road.
The Morning Call has reported that law enforcement agents served search warrants on a home in the 2400 block of N. Old Bethlehem Pike in Milford Township, raided a second location on Spinnerstown Road early this morning and later raided a third property on Sleepy Hollow Road, with hazardous materials teams visible at the scene on Sleepy Hollow Road.

The newspaper said Bucks County First Assistant District Attorney Gregg Shore said the N. Old Bethlehem Pike and Spinnerstown Road sites are connected and that there had been no arrests and no injuries as of 7:30 a.m., with breaking news reporter Matt Coughlin tweeting that there are unconfirmed reports–reports officials have declined to confirm–of a person of interest in the case.
