According to court records, as of Wednesday he remained incarcerated in lieu of $2,500 straight bail on the charges of Felony 3 criminal trespassing and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

A preliminary hearing in this case is scheduled for Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. before District Judge Alan Mege.

Bond is also facing another charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Lower Saucon Township for allegedly possessing a syringe which police say he admitted he had used to inject heroin.
