According to police, Randy Bond, 50, of Lower Saucon Township, was at the property in the 3200 block of Bingen Road on Tuesday when officers were dispatched to it after receiving a report of an open door.

“Upon arriving to investigate Mr. Bond jumped out a window,” police said.

Bond was taken into custody and subsequently “found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia, namely a syringe,” they added.

Bond was then transported to Northampton County Central Booking for further processing and committed to Northampton County Prison, according to police.

According to court records, as of Wednesday he remained incarcerated in lieu of $2,500 straight bail on the charges of Felony 3 criminal trespassing and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

A preliminary hearing in this case is scheduled for Oct. 1 at 9 a.m. before District Judge Alan Mege.

Bond is also facing another charge of possession of drug paraphernalia in Lower Saucon Township for allegedly possessing a syringe which police say he admitted he had used to inject heroin.
