Although geographically close to the Saucon Valley, residents of Springtown, Springfield Township sometimes do things a bit differently, and that’s true when it comes to Trick-or-Treat.
This year the village will hold Trick-or-Treat on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Springfield Township Police say they will be out in “full force (during Trick-or-Treat)…in order to slow traffic on Rt. 212/Main Street for the children to safely cross the street.”
The Springtown Halloween Parade will be held earlier that day, at 1 p.m., and will beĀ followed by hot dogs and apple cider for everyone at the Springtown Volunteer Fire Company, according to a post published on the police department’s Crimewatch website.
Any groups or individuals wishing to participate in the parade can contact the Springtown Volunteer Fire Company at 610-346-8383.
Hellertown and Lower Saucon Township will have Trick-or-Treat on Sunday, Oct. 28 from 3 to 5 p.m.
The 2018 Saucon Valley Spirit Parade will be held Sunday, Oct. 21 at 2 p.m. in Hellertown borough.
