An upcoming event in Hellertown will benefit the largest no-kill animal shelter in Northampton County.

“Dressed to the K-9’s” is a fundraiser for the Center for Animal Health & Welfare that will be held at Steel Club on Friday, Nov. 30 from 6 to 10 p.m.

A black tie gala, the event will feature a buffet dinner, a live auction, and performances by comedian Jimmy Carroll, Staycation and DJ Smithz.

General admission tickets are $100 per person ($90 if purchased in advance) or $175 per couple ($150 if purchased in advance) and include dinner plus one drink ticket and one raffle ticket.

VIP tickets are available for $250 per person or $400 per couple and include a private VIP reception from 5 to 6 p.m., dinner, an open bar, two raffle tickets and a swag bag.

Tickets may be purchased at the shelter or by making a donation in the appropriate amount online at HealthyAnimalCenter.org.

If paying via online donation, print your receipt, write on it “For Dressed to the K-9’s tickets” and and mail it to the center. They will then mail you the ticket(s).

Another fall event that will benefit the Center is “Coach, Cash & Cocktails Bingo,” which will be held at the Catasauqua American Legion Nov. 2.
