Lamont Allen Yob, 80, of Hellertown, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2019 at his home. He was the husband of Edna Mary (Gross) Yob. Arrangements are by the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., Hellertown.
Lamont Allen Yob, 80, of Hellertown, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2019 at his home. He was the husband of Edna Mary (Gross) Yob. He was born in Fountain Hill on Dec. 4, 1938 to the late Margaret J. (Fritchman) and Earl W. Yob. Lamont worked for the public works department for the Borough of Hellertown for 38 years until retiring in 2004. He had also worked at Congregation Brith Sholom, Bethlehem.
SURVIVORS
In addition to his wife of 54 years; daughters: LisaKim of Emmaus, LolaBee (Charles J.) Frascatore of Philadephia, LenaDee of Hellertown; 6 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by son: Vincent A.W.T. Yob; and siblings: Gloria Leith and Edward Yob.
SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to call from 10 to 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown.
