A Richlandtown man is facing burglary and other charges after police say he allegedly committed “numerous” thefts at a construction site in Perkasie borough.

Police said on their Crimewatch site Saturday that Cody Sheehan, 28, allegedly burgled the Delbar construction site at 7th and Spruce streets in Perkasie.
Sheehan is facing five Felony 2 counts of burglary, five Felony 3 counts of criminal trespassing, five Misdemeanor 1 counts of theft and two Misdemeanor 1 counts of receiving stolen property, court records indicate.
Following his arrest Saturday, Sheehan was committed to Bucks County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $50,000 bail, according to police and court records, which indicate that a preliminary hearing in his case is scheduled to be held before District Judge Regina Armitage July 30 at 2 p.m.
“This was a one month investigation made difficult by the size and terrain of the building project,” police said. “We are thankful to numerous community members for their cooperation.”
