Oreo is a very sweet, playful Border Collie mix. At first he can be a bit skittish meeting new people. It does take him a while to warm up to strangers. Once he does warm up, he is a great dog! Having another dog there helps Oreo trust new people more quickly, so the Center feels he should go to a home that has other dogs in the household. Since he can be nervous when meeting new people families with older (12+) kids would be better for him.
