Spring Hellertown — With its trees and flowers nearing full bloom, Detwiller Plaza in Hellertown was a study in springtime perfection Thursday.

With high temperatures in the lower 70s and clear, sunny skies, Hellertonians and Lower Sauconites were drawn outside in droves to enjoy the early spring weather this week.

Saucon Source photographer Chris Christian captured local residents walking, fishing, playing basketball and simply relaxing in the warm sun, amid beautiful surroundings.
