Christine Norma Henson (1940 – 2025)

Christine Norma Henson, 84, of Salisbury Township, died Sunday, Feb. 23, 2025 at Saucon Valley Manor, Hellertown. She was the wife of Alfred Cecil Henson. Christine was born in Allentown on Sept. 4, 1940 to the late Rev. Alfred S. and Norma J. (Snyder) Mertz. Christine was a graduate of Drexel University, Philadelphia. She taught home economics at Hellertown High School and Southern Lehigh School District.

SURVIVORS

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son: Michael Allen (Lory–Ann Paoletti) Henson of Albrightsville; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her twin brother: Clayton Mertz.

SERVICES

Family and friends are invited to her visitation period from 10 to 11 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2025 at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown.
