2025 Saucon Valley Community Yard Sale Guide & Map

The biggest yard sale of the year in Saucon Valley is this Saturday, June 7 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Nearly 90 homes and organizations have registered to participate in the 2025 Saucon Valley Community Yard Sale, which is held community-wide in Hellertown borough and Lower Saucon Township. Individual participating addresses may be found on the map below. If a location (such as a church) is hosting multiple sales, that is indicated on the map with a red marker. In addition to the yard sale, the Hellertown Area Library is hosting its annual used book sale Saturday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Dimmick Park pavilion. If you shopping makes you hungry, there will be refreshments for sale at the pavilion and some participating churches, and there are numerous restaurants in the Saucon Valley that are ready to welcome you for breakfast and lunch.

The Saucon Valley Community Yard Sale is presented by Trish Husted of Coldwell Banker Hearthside, Realtors of Hellertown. The sale has been held the first Saturday in June for over 15 years and has become a beloved early summer tradition.

Is there a rain date?

Several readers have reached out to ask if the yard sale could be rescheduled because of Saturday’s forecast, which includes a chance of showers. Please note that the community yard sale is held rain or shine. This is because the event is approved by Hellertown Borough Council, which waives the borough’s yard sale permit fee for that day. Anyone who has registered and would like to cancel or postpone their yard sale should email josh@sauconsource.com with “Yard Sale” in the subject line of the email and a request to take their address off the map. Due to uncertainty about the forecast, it is understandable that many residents may wait until the last minute to decide about the status of their yard sale. Please be advised that we will do our best to keep the map updated, but cannot guarantee 100 percent accuracy if cancellations occur the morning of the event. Therefore, if you are certain you will not be holding a sale on Saturday, please let us know as soon as possible.
