Bubbakoo’s Burritos Opens in Lower Saucon

Menu screens highlight current specialty burrito and quesadilla options as well as build your own entree choices at Bubbakoo’s Burritos, which opened Tuesday in the Creekside Marketplace shopping center on Rt. 412 in Lower Saucon Township.

A Mexican fusion chain with locations around the U.S. has opened its first Lehigh Valley location in Lower Saucon Township.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos opened next to Giant food store in the Creekside Marketplace shopping center on Rt. 412 on Tuesday.

The franchisee who operates it also owns the Bubbakoo’s Burritos on Rt. 309 in Quakertown.

Bubbakoo’s Burritos is known for its extensive menu featuring specialty burritos such as General Tso’s Crispy Chicken, Sweet Chili Pineapple Shrimp and Silly Philly, which is made with chopped steak meat, peppers, onions, cheese and white rice.

Customers can also build their own burrito or bowl or customize Mexican favorites such as nachos, quesadillas and tacos. Protein options include everything from crispy chicken to steak and shrimp, and toppings include traditional Mexican condiments as well as items like pineapple salsa and ranch dressing. Selections can be flavored with mild, “kinda spicy” or spicy sauces that include Mango Habanero, Ghost Pepper, Chipotle Crema, Sweet Chili, Boom Boom Sauce and General Tso’s.

Bubbakoo’s menu also features value meals, appetizers, desserts, kids items and catering options.

Customers can order online at Bubbakoos.com or in the Bubbakoo’s Burritos app, which is available from Google Play and the App store. App users can also earn rewards.

The Hellertown Bubbakoo’s Burritos is located at 1892 Leithsville Road, Hellertown, and is open daily from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Founded in 2008 in New Jersey, Bubbakoo’s Burritos has locations in 17 states, primarily along the East Coast and in the Midwest.
