Paint-Your-Own Pottery Studio Opens at Promenade
If you’re looking to express your creativity in a new way, a new business at the Promenade Saucon Valley may be able to help. Color Me Mine, a paint-your-own pottery studio, is now open in the Upper Saucon Township shopping center.

Located between Batch Microcreamery and the Great Greek Mediterranean Grill, Color Me Mine provides students with everything they need to create a unique object, including a variety of ceramic items, 60 paint colors, brushes and other tools. Their instructors are available to help attendees with painting techniques, and staff take care of glazing and firing each piece.
According to the Color Me Mine website, fired pieces are ready for pickup in one week.
“Our studio fee is $8 per painter and includes the glazing and firing, paints and materials, and your time in the studio,” the site’s How It Works page explains. “Ceramics start at around $25, depending on the size and intricacy of the piece.”
Walk-in customers are welcome, but reservations are recommended for groups of five or more. Reservations can be made by calling the studio at 610-791-2228.
Tara Nagabhyru, who owns the new franchise, said in February when its Promenade tenancy was announced that “being able to bring Color Me Mine to our neighbors here in Center Valley is a dream come true.”
“The Color Me Mine experience is one that brings people together, unleashing their creativity while having fun and building memories that last a lifetime,” she said. “We are thrilled to be able to bring this unique opportunity to our community and look forward to getting to know each and every one of our new guests.”
Color Me Mine at Promenade Saucon Valley is open Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Gift cards are available, and the business also hosts birthday parties as well as large group events. For more information, visit Lehighvalley.colormemine.com.
