Hit-and-Run at Dollar Tree Under Investigation

Lower Saucon Township Police are asking for the public’s help identifying the driver of a vehicle who caused a hit-and-run accident in a local shopping center parking lot.

According to a post published on the department’s Crimewatch site, the crash happened at approximately 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, May 26, 2026, in the Dollar Tree section of the Creekside Marketplace shopping center parking lot on Leithsville Road.

Police said the driver responsible for the crash was operating a black Ford Mustang which struck the rear of a parked vehicle in the lot before fleeing the scene.

The post shared by police included a store security photo of the suspect vehicle.

Anyone with information about the car or its operator is asked to contact the Lower Saucon Township Police Department or Sgt. Timothy Connell at tconnell@lowersaucontownship.org. Tips may be submitted anonymously online via the Crimewatch Tipline.
