Police: GPS Device Found Attached to Vehicle in Riegelsville
Pennsylvania State Police at Dublin say they are investigating a GPS tracking device that was found attached to a vehicle on Easton Road in Riegelsville borough as a case of stalking.
In a Sept. 2 news release, police said they were alerted to the discovery of the device on Aug. 16, when a man looking out his bathroom window around 4 a.m. “observed a male in his driveway reaching under the victim’s vehicle.”
Police said the owner of the vehicle is a 39-year-old Perkasie woman.
They said the tracking device “was found magnetically stuck to the vehicle’s wheel well after a search of the vehicle was conducted.”
Authorities said the investigation into the incident remains open.
