Daniel P. Siegfried (1950 – 2026)

Daniel P. Siegfried, 75, of Allentown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Sept. 10, 2026, at his residence at 1890 S. Albert Street, Allentown, Lehigh County, PA. He was the loving husband of Jane Elizabeth “Beth” (Kohr) Siegfried, with whom he shared 55 wonderful years of marriage. Born in Allentown on Nov. 27, 1950, Daniel was the son of the late Daniel O. and Mary L. (Paulosky) Siegfried. He served our country faithfully in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War. Professionally, Daniel worked as a machinist for Ingersoll Rand (Pumps) in Allentown for 20 years. He later worked in the maintenance department for the Lehigh County building for 10 years until his well-earned retirement. A man of faith and community, Daniel was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Allentown. In his free time, he enjoyed bowling and was a member of the Fearless Fire Company.

SURVIVORS

In addition to his devoted wife, Beth, he is survived by his sons, Daniel J. “DJ” (Melissa A.) Siegfried of Walnutport, and Paul A. (Melissa K.) Siegfried of Allentown; and his beloved granddaughter, Elliana. He was predeceased by his siblings, Dianna Nichols and Michael Siegfried.

SERVICES

Family and friends are invited to his visitation period from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 19, 2026, at the Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 326 Main St., Hellertown. The visitation period will be followed by the service at 11 a.m. A funeral repast will be held at the Carriage House at Heintzelmans immediately following the service.
