Photos: A Fun Fall Sunday at the Saucon Valley Farmers Market

The sights, sounds and delicious flavors of fall were in full effect at Sunday’s Saucon Valley Farmers Market in Hellertown, where more than two dozen local vendors sell produce, baked goods, prepared food, flowers and many other items each week. Held next to the Hellertown Area Library at 409 Constitution Ave., Hellertown, this year’s market continues through Sunday, Nov. 22 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Visitors to the market also enjoy live music, activities for kids in the Art Zone tent and special events such as Halloween at the Market, which will be held Oct. 25. A weekly newsletter lists each week’s vendors as well as any happenings that are planned for that Sunday.

Through the end of the season, the market is also hosting artisan and craft vendors as part of a weekly Art in the Park installment. And just in time for cooler weather, Saucon Valley Farmers Market hooded sweatshirts are now available for purchase at the information booth.
