If you love to ski but hate how expensive a family ski trip can be, you should consider purchasing your tickets from Lower Saucon Township this winter.

Thanks to a partnership with the Pennsylvania Parks & Recreation Society, the township offers discounted tickets to many of the state’s most popular skiing and tubing destinations from mid-December through March.

Among the resorts offering discounted tickets this year are Bear Creek, Shawnee Mountain, Blue Mountain, Elk Mountain, Big Boulder/Jack Frost, Camelback, Seven Springs, Montage Mountain and Roundtop/Liberty/Whitetail.

The tickets are available to both residents and non-residents, and can be purchased during regular business hours at Lower Saucon Town Hall, 3700 Old Philadelphia Pike, Bethlehem, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
