In a news release issued Wednesday, police said Francisco Ramirez, no age provided, of the 400 block of N. Serrano Avenue, was delivering phone books in the 3400 block of Cobble Creek Court when the accident allegedly happened at 3:20 p.m.

Police said Ramirez then left the scene, but was located in a nearby development dropping off phone books after the homeowner told them what had allegedly happened.
