New Age Store to Host Spiritual Readings by Local Medium

A new age shop in Hellertown will begin hosting regular spiritual readings by a local spiritual medium and counselor starting in early February.

A new age shop in Hellertown will begin hosting regular spiritual readings by a local spiritual medium and counselor starting in early February.

Kindred Spirits Books & Gifts, which is located at 66 W. Water St., will host Amy Campbell Musser on Saturday, Feb. 6 from noon to 4 p.m. During that time she will conduct spiritual readings every half hour for a fee. The plan is for her to conduct readings at the store every other Saturday, Musser said. There will also be a Meet and Greet at the store with Amy and Kindred Spirits owner June Rose on Thursday, Feb. 4 from 5 to 7 p.m.

Amy, a Hellertown resident, provides “detailed and highly accurate readings that cover the aspects of your life where the angels feel you need the most guidance,” according to her website. She “will also make the connection between here and the spirit world to bring through any loved ones who have crossed over and may have a message for you.”

Kindred Spirits opened in November in a store that formerly housed H&R Block.

The store sells handmade jewelry, specialty greeting cards, prisms, lanterns, books, incense, incense holders, a large variety of tumbled and rough stones, chakra items, clocks, crystals and more, and bills itself as a “holistic hub” for the area.
