Lower Saucon Council Renames Township Park After Councilwoman

The Woodland Hills Preserve in Lower Saucon Township is now the Sandra Yerger Community Recreation Area and Nature Preserve. However, the decision to rename the 146-acre passive recreation area developed nearly a decade ago on the site of a former golf course isn't receiving universal praise, with some questioning its timing in the midst of a re-election campaign by Yerger.
