Panther Plays of the Week: Kehs and Rose Go ‘Zone! (Brought to You by Main Street Gym)

Saucon Valley football players Nate Kehs and Steven Rose took advantage of their opportunities last night with these two great runs. In recognition of their efforts (and in light of the fact that Evan Culver already has a MSG T-Shirt for every day of the week) we selected both boys as “CO-Panther Plays of the Week!”

Come join Nate, Steven and their teammates when they travel to Valley View Area High School in Archbald, Pa., to take on Scranton Prep in the first round of the PIAA State Tournament on Friday, Nov. 27, at 7 p.m.!

Panther Play of the Week is a new weekly sports feature on Saucon Source sponsored by Hellertown’s Main Street Gym.

Owner Kevin Branco, who is a former standout Saucon Valley athlete himself, said he decided to sponsor this series because young athletes need encouragement.

“Coming from Saucon Valley–as an athlete–I know it’s important to be recognized in the community for your accomplishments,” he said. “In the end I always say the same thing: hard work and dedication always pay off.”
