East High Street Home Burglarized, Police Say

Hellertown Police say they are investigating a burglary that occurred in the first block of E. High Street Wednesday.

In a news release issued Friday, police said forced entry through a back door was used to gain access to the home sometime between 7:10 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The break-in was discovered at approximately 3 p.m.

Several pieces of jewelry and other miscellaneous items were stolen from the home, police said.

Anyone with information about the burglary is asked to call Hellertown Police at 610-838-7040.
