Lower Saucon Township Police say a Society Hill man was arrested and charged with terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment after he allegedly assaulted his girlfriend Tuesday night.
In a news release issued Wednesday, police said Warren Edward Huber, 42, of the 1800 block of Mansfield Street, allegedly choked his girlfriend, punched her in the face and arm, and threatened to kill her during a domestic dispute.
Police said that after Huber was arrested he was arraigned and committed to Northampton County Prison in lieu of 10 percent of $15,000 bail.
