Kenneth E. Werkheiser, 93, of Lowhill Twp. (OBITUARY)

Kenneth E. Werkheiser, 93, of Lowhill Township, formerly of Allentown, died Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Quakertown Center, Quakertown. He was the husband of the late Madalyn R. (Adams) Werkheiser (died Dec. 21, 2008). He was born in Lower Saucon Township on Aug. 1, 1921 to the late George A. and Blanche M. (Kline) Werkheiser. Kenneth served our country faithfully in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked as a material supervisor at the former Bethlehem Steel until retiring.

SURVIVORS

Children: Carol Ann wife of John E. Brezan of Orefield, Jane L. wife of J. Michael Edelman of Fort Worth, Tex.; brother: George E. Werkheiser of Allentown; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by brothers: Karl L. and Raymond H.

SERVICE
