Guns, TV, Jewelry Stolen in Daytime Burglary, Police Say

Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release Wednesday that two handguns, a Vizio TV and jewelry boxes containing assorted items were stolen during a breakin Monday at a home in the 4100 block of Countryside Lane.
Police said the breakin occurred sometime between 5:15 a.m. and 4:49 p.m.
Power tools were also taken from a detached garage, police said.
Similar daytime burglaries in nearby Williams Township are currently being investigated by Pennsylvania State Police, according to an Express-Times story published Tuesday.
