Lower Saucon Township Police said in a news release Monday that a 17-year-old boy was found with a glass smoking device with residue on it that allegedly tested positive for the presence of marijuana.
Police said the device was discovered after the boy was stopped for allegedly speeding on Easton Road on the afternoon of July 13.
The teen has been charged with possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding, according to the news release.
