Est. Read Time: < 1 min

Lower Saucon Township Police say an Allentown woman was cited for running a red light and driving an unregistered vehicle, after she allegedly drove through a red light and caused a two-car crash at Rt. 378 and Seidersville Road Sunday morning.

In a news release issued Monday, police said Margie Ritz, 53, of the 300 block of N. Bradford Street, admitted to driving through the red light when she took her eyes off the road to look at her GPS device.

Police said the car Ritz struck was being driven by a Leduc, Alberta, Canada, man, and had to be towed from the scene.
