Est. Read Time: < 1 min

A former employee of a Hellertown dental office is facing felony charges after police say she committed forgery and obtained a controlled substance by fraud.

In a news release issued last week, borough police said Elizabeth A. Weber, 25, of the 3400 block of Ringer Road, Whitehall Township, also impersonated the holder of a professional license–a misdemeanor–while employed at Hellertown Dental Group, 1213 Main St., Hellertown.

Following an investigation, police said she was arrested on all three charges and arraigned at Northampton County District Court in Lower Saucon Township on Sept. 22.

Weber was subsequently released on $10,000 unsecured bail, police added.
