A Bethlehem man will be charged with theft of services, Lower Saucon Township Police say, after he allegedly used a township business’s dumpster to dispose of his garbage.

In a news release issued Wednesday, police said Angel Sierra, of the 700 block of E. Fifth Street, threw several bags of garbage into the dumpster at Sherwin-Williams, 3672 Rt. 378, during the overnight hours of Oct. 11-12.

Following an investigation “police did speak with Angel Sierra and he admitted to the violation,” the news release indicated.
