Some Hellertown Residents Will Be Without Water Thursday

Thursday morning, June 15, starting around 8 a.m., the Borough Authority will be removing and replacing a broken fire hydrant on Front Street between Magnolia Road and W. Walnut Street in Hellertown borough.

Please Note: The following is an important announcement from the Hellertown Borough Authority. Affected residents and business owners who are signed up to receive alerts by phone will receive a call Wednesday evening per HBA administrator Glenn Higbie.

Thursday morning, June 15, starting around 8 a.m., the Borough Authority will be removing and replacing a broken fire hydrant on Front Street between Magnolia Road and W. Walnut Street in Hellertown borough. If you live in that vicinity you will be without water until the work is completed sometime during the day.

If you DO NOT live on Front Street between Magnolia and Walnut you should continue to have water service but may experience discolored water when the lines are being refilled. As always, please check your cold water line before using any hot water.
