Man Wanted for Allegedly Punching I-78 Driver in Lower Saucon

Pennsylvania State Police at Belfast are trying to locate a man who is accused of punching his girlfriend as she drove along I-78 in Lower Saucon Township at approximately 70 mph Wednesday–reportedly causing her to briefly black out.

Pennsylvania State Police at Belfast are trying to locate a man who is accused of punching his girlfriend as she drove along I-78 in Lower Saucon Township at approximately 70 mph Wednesday–reportedly causing her to briefly black out–and is now charged with reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment, Lehigh Valley Live reported Thursday.

According to authorities, Constantine Stanley Glicas, 37, of Easton, is white with hazel eyes, brown receding hair and a beard, and stands 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 200 pounds.
