It’s not a full week, which means it can be here and gone before you know it. But with careful planning (and possibly reservations) you can make the most of winter restaurant week at The Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley.
One restaurant–Top Cut, which offers the only fine dining option–will be participating from Tuesday to Thursday only (reservations are recommended).
The $64 prix fixe dinner menu at Top Cut givers patrons the option to choose a starter, an entree, a side dish and a dessert.
Starters include Oysters Rockefeller, Crab Bisque and Grilled Caesar Salad; entrees include a 10 oz. Filet Mignon, Colorado Lamp Chops and King Salmon with mustard hollandaise; sides include Ginger Honey Glazed Baby Carrots, Potato Mousseline and Truffle Salt French Fries; and the dessert options are Dark Chocolate Tart and New York Style Cheesecake.

One winner will be randomly selected and notified on Friday, Feb. 23, 2018. (One entry per person. Must be at least 18 years old to win.)
When dining at a participating restaurant without a prix fixe menu, guests should mention “Restaurant Week” at registers for special pricing.
Tax and gratuity are not included in the listed prices per person. All pricing listed is per person, per meal (lunch or dinner) at one designated location.
