Microbrewery to Open in Coopersburg This Summer

Craft beer lovers will no doubt be in eager anticipation of the opening of a new microbrewery and restaurant in downtown Coopersburg this summer.

Craft beer lovers will no doubt be in eager anticipation of the opening of a new microbrewery and restaurant in downtown Coopersburg this summer.

Sage Alley Brewery will be located at 213 N. Main Street, Coopersburg, according to a website for the business, where it will offer “a variety of microbrews and great food in a relaxing atmosphere.”

Property records indicate that the 1894 two-and-a-half story building at 213 N. Main Street is owned by Russ & H LLC of Springfield Township, and that it was formerly a residence.

Sage Alley is the name of the alley behind the building, where there is also a paved parking area, according to satellite images.

An ad in the April issue of a local publication, Nexzest Quakertown, states that Sage Alley Brewery will open in “early summer.”

As of yet there does not appear to be any social media for the business, and the website itself is currently under construction.

When it does open, Sage Alley Brewery will become the latest nanobrewery to open in the greater Saucon Valley area, following Lost Tavern Brewing in Hellertown in July 2016 and Hop Hill Brewing, which opened in Lower Saucon Township in February 2017.

Note: Saucon Source is interested in publishing an in-depth story about this new business as it prepares to open. If you are an owner or involved in Sage Alley Brewery’s opening, or know someone who is, please email information to josh@sauconsource.com or call 610-442-3370.
