Peter P. Martinko, 83, of Upper Saucon Township, died Sunday, July 8, 2018 at St. Luke’s University Hospital, Fountain Hill.
He was the husband of Margaret “Peg” A. Martinko, who died Sept. 2, 2015. He was born in Allentown on June 29, 1935 to the late Michael J. and Margaret V. (Marshak) Martinko. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Army. Peter worked for the former AT&T Bell Labs, Allentown, for 30 years until retiring. He was a member of Church of the Assumption of the BVM, Bethlehem.

Children: Michael J. Sr. and his wife Paula of Hellertown, Peter J. of Hellertown, Susan E. of Bethlehem and Jeanmarie of Bahama, N.C.; sister: Mary Ann Martinko of California; 2 grandchildren: Corinne E. and Michael J. Jr.
SERVICE
Family and friends are invited to call from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday, July 12, 2018 at Assumption of the BVM, 4101 Old Bethlehem Pike, Bethlehem.
