Idris Shaquille Yuzon, 21, is charged with two felony counts of terroristic threats after allegedly using social media to threaten a shooting at Quakertown Community High School Friday.

In a news release posted on their Crimewatch website, Quakertown borough police said Idris Shaquille Yuzon, 21, allegedly sent the Snapchat to a student at 12:40 p.m.

“After further investigation from the Quakertown Police Department and the School Resource Officer, Officer (Robert) Lee, Idris Yuzon…was identified to be the person who sent the message,” police said, adding that “Perkasie Police responded to Yuzon’s residence and took him into custody at 1:47 p.m., just about an hour after the incident was reported to the authorities.”

According to court records, the charges against Yuzon are both graded as third-degree felonies, and he was incarcerated following a preliminary arraignment Friday at the Bucks County Correctional Institution in lieu of 10 percent of $1 million bail.
