Mystical Treatsss Cafe’s new Margherita Flatbread is served with a drizzle of balsamic reduction. It is one of many new menu items now available for lunch at the cafe, which is located at 1310 Main Street in Hellertown.

The menu is the brainchild of the cafe’s new head chef, Chef Hayden, who is passionate about creating phenomenal food using only the freshest and best ingredients available.

“I’m hoping that with my culinary skills I can create intriguing yet simple foods for even the most sophisticated palates,” he said. “I want to make food people want to keep coming back for.”

Also on Chef Hayden’s new menu are Chicken & Waffles, Rainbow Avocado Toast, the “Two Napkin Turkey Sandwich,” fresh salads, vegan soups and the Lehigh Valley’s only steamed burger, which is prepared with a custom blend of 70/30 ribeye and short rib beef. And that’s just to name a few of the additions.
