The restaurant’s menu features classic Greek dishes prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, using recipes passed down through generations, according to a news release. Options include gyros; lamb, steak and chicken souvlaki; Greek salads; and house-made dips like hummus, tzatziki, melitzanosalata (eggplant dip) and tirokafteri (spicy roasted red pepper dip).

Christopher, a retired Air Products employee, and Marcia, a retired police officer, were drawn to the brand’s quality and freshness after visiting a location in New Jersey.

“We ordered half the menu and devoured it,” Christopher said. “Everything was just as advertised: fresh, cooked to perfection, great portion sizes and the hummus was the best we ever had.”

The restaurant offers customizable menu options, including the Classic Greek Salad or Rice Bowl with a choice of gyro meat, salmon and more. Desserts include Baklava, Baklava Ice Cream and Rice Pudding.

The 2,550-square-foot restaurant seats 52 inside and 12 outside. DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats deliver.

The Nagys have been active members of the local community for over 20 years. Christopher is a member of the Lower Saucon Township Planning Commission and recently retired as head coach of the Saucon Valley High School boys’ soccer team. He currently serves as president of the Saucon Valley Youth Soccer League. Marcia has served on multiple school sports committees.

The Southern Lehigh Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the restaurant this Friday, Oct. 18, 2024 from 4 to 5 p.m.

The Great Greek Mediterranean Grill Center in Center Valley is open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., Sunday through Thursday, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays. For more information visit TheGreatGreekGrill.com.
