What’s on the Menu for Hellertown Restaurant Week?

If you have a case of the post-holiday blahs, the perfect antidote may be at hand. Hellertown-Lower Saucon Winter Restaurant Week will be held this Sunday, Jan. 12 through Saturday, Jan. 18, with numerous Saucon Valley establishments offering their customers special savings as part of the event, which celebrates the diversity of the local food and beverage community.

If you have a case of the post-holiday blahs, the perfect antidote may be at hand. Hellertown-Lower Saucon Winter Restaurant Week will be held this Sunday, Jan. 12 through Saturday, Jan. 18, with numerous Saucon Valley establishments offering their customers special savings as part of the event, which celebrates the diversity of the local food and beverage community.

According to the website for the Hellertown-Lower Saucon Chamber of Commerce–which organizes the event–as of Tuesday 10 businesses had committed to participate.

They include Art Cafe, B Social, Braveheart Highland Pub, La Maya, Lost Tavern Brewing, Nick and Noah’s, Plaza Azteca, Springtown Inn, Taste of Italy and Yianni’s Taverna.

Plaza Azteca will offer a 10 percent discount on dine-in checks between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. (restrictions apply).

Nick and Noah’s will have breakfast and lunch/dinner promotions as well as two all-day offers: 15 percent off any item/entree on their “secret menu” and two kiffles or one slice of molasses cake and a cup of coffee or tea for $4.

Additional deals will be posted to the chamber’s website in the coming days. Anyone planning to visit a participating establishment can also check their websites and/or social media feeds for updates about the offers, hours and other information.
