Donald W. Sterner (1948 – 2025)

Donald W. Sterner, 76, of Upper Macungie Township, died Monday, Feb. 10, 2025 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Stacy J. (Stocker) Sterner. Donald was born in Bethlehem on July 24, 1948 to the late Walter B. and Verna A. (Weber) Sterner. He served our country faithfully in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1968 to 1974. Donald worked in the Billing Division at the former Bethlehem Steel for 24 years. He had also worked in car sales in the Lehigh Valley for 15 years. Donald was a Mason of Bethlehem Lodge 283. He had a love of cars.

SURVIVORS

In addition to his loving wife of 56 years, Donald is survived by his children: Kimberly A. (Michael) Hoffner of Fogelsville, Jeffrey D. (Kristen) Sterner of Fredericksburg, Va.; brother: Daniel J. (Cynthia R.) Sterner of Coopersburg, formerly of Hellertown; grandchildren: Morgan, Kelsey, Andrew, Kelly.
